Cheryl J. Gromann has been in commercial real estate for more than 25 years. Prior to joining MRH in 1999, Cheryl worked for CBRE in Northern New Jersey. Cheryl has concentrated her practice on representing tenants, landlords and developers in leasing and sales transactions.

Cheryl’s experience spans across many industries such as bio-tech, healthcare, and media but her most distinguished achievements have come in pharma where Cheryl has managed complex assignments for Bristol-Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson and Merck.

Cheryl graduated from Niagara University with a B.A. in Education and also earned an MBA from Fairleigh Dickenson University.
